How to Make Your Tour Reservation

A valid passport is required for all travelers. Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your date of return.

Deposit at The Time of Booking : A deposit of 25% of the total invoice is required payable by credit card or bank transfer

FINAL PAYMENT BETWEEN 60-90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL unless otherwise the specified final payment date on your invoice. The final Payment will be paid by Bank transfer

Cancellation Notice : In the event of cancellation, you are solely responsible for any/all penalties imposed by the travel provider, tour operator, air carrier, hotel, etc. In the event of a delay and you cannot reach the destination, you will be solely responsible for all costs relating to the continuation of my trip. This might include air transportation, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations. In the event of total cancellation, you will be responsible for all penalties imposed by the travel provider.

Cancellation – Cancellation requires written notification and will take effect the day it is received by Explore India. The following penalties will apply unless otherwise specified on your invoice tour confirmation.

    Cancellation penalties

  • From the date of Booking until 90 days in advance – 10% of total invoice
  • 89-60 days in advance - 25% of the total price
  • 59-30 days in advance - 50% of the total price
  • 29-0 days in advance - 100 % of the total invoice

Read Invoice Thoroughly. Please thoroughly review your invoice once you have received it. The Customer will be the only recipient of invoices and is solely responsible to convey all information listed on invoices to all travel companions. Multiple invoices will not be issued. Passenger names should reflect the complete legal names. Notify your travel Specialist immediately if changes or corrections are needed.

PRIVACY POICY :

We at next Trip Expedition, do not capture personal information without your (customer) knowledge and your (customer) permission. You will only be asked to provide the information when you are taking advantage of site‘s interactive & products & services

When you reserve or purchase any service through us , we must provide certain information of your personal details to the airlines, Hotels & Car or other third party which is necessary to make successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements

However, we do not sell any personal information of our guests to third party except sharing of such information with our alliance partners or vendors who are engaged by us for providing such promotional and other benefits to our customer from time to time basis their booking history with us

Changes to Terms & Conditions and Privacy policy; we (Next Trip Expedition) reserves right to change to amend or update our policy/terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice to Affiliate
